HydroClean® Hard Floor Washer SC930A

We loved the machine until after a few uses it just died. Took it back to the dealer and they managed to get it working (but had no idea why) after a couple of months sitting there. Now it is dead again. They can't answer why as nothing is broken.....

My son bought me the Sanitaire Hydro Clean and paid $340 for it. Used it 2 times and it shuts off indicating that the tank needs emptied when it does not. Troubleshot with Sanitaire with no resolution so they had me send it back and they sent me a new one. After 3 uses, the new machine is doing the exact same thing. When I called customer service, they said it is out of warranty and I will have to take it to a service center. I won’t put another dime in this piece of junk and I do not recommend anyone paying this amount of money for a clearly unreliable product.

I have a large kitchen floor on which I've used several different wash methods over the years. It is not a chore I look forward to as it takes a lot of time and I can't seem to get it as clean as I want/need it to be. I've only used it once, but the Hydroclean SC930C really worked well - scrubbing and vacuuming up all the dirt that can hide in tiled flooring. The used solution tank was gross, so I know it was really cleaning my floor! The machine itself is very easy to assemble and use. And it made quick work of cleaning my floor! Hopefully, it keeps cleaning this well for many years to come!

We have a couple of really hard to clean floors and the Hydoclean done an excellent job on those floors. we are loving the fact that we are increasing our efficiency as well making the jobs easier for our techs.
