FORCE® QuietClean® Upright Vacuum SC5745D

I’m not sure if they sent to right belt for the vacuum but everything else is amazing. Best vacuum I’ve used.

Ordered to use for cleaning the church. This replaces some old Sanitaire units that lived good lives. Able to adjust for various rug pile heights and the attached hose is a big plus over the older units. No more changing bags dump the canister and clean the filter. Only for a few months and no complaints.

Would give it five stars if only the manual/directions told me what the heck the red button is for on top of the dirt cup cover. Seems to only lift up on a lever that sits on top of the filter. Worked great the first use and picked up more crud from the floor than the previous vacuum. After emptying the dirt cup though, the cover does not seem to sit flat on the cup now. I can see a small gap between the cover and cup in the area where it is exposed in the back. When first taking the cover off to dump, I pushed that red button down before turning the cover. I put the cover back on now there is that gap and the red button continues to stay depress down. Why? Makes no sense. What is the button for and why is it not popping back up after re-installing the cover?

First, given the price their return policy is atrocious. After using the vacuum just two times, I decided I absolutely did not like it. I went to the return policy to find out I can't return it because I used it! They do not have a "satisfaction" guarantee like most good quality products do. The hepa filter flops off, the cord at the back unplugs from the vacuum easily, the dirt tray is unnecessarily cumbersome, it is clunky and feels cheap for the price. The suction tools fit into their slots poorly and are constantly falling off. Overall, it is very unenjoyable to use. It is absolutely not worth the price. A $150 Shark vacuum is better quality and performs better. Extremely unhappy with the vacuum and unprofessional return policy. This company does not stand behind its product and it shows.
