Very prompt shipping, received products quickly. Easy to put the two machines together. Haven't had a chance to run the machines much yet, seems to do a good job. The real test with these two we be how durable they are over time in our work environment.

This is definitely a quality vacuum. The suction on this thing is unreal! It "combs" the carpet with it's beater brush. You can definitely tell if you miss an area of your carpet! I love all the air filters on this thing and it's so QUIET! Very nice. Glad I bought one, just wish I would have earlier!

Well built vacuum and does the job great.

Upside: cleans really well, easy to use, and a long cable

Downside: not as quiet as they claim and it's a little heavy

I bought this machine for a church - I am the property coordinator. I think it worked quite well for many months. Then one day there was not electricity - it did not turn on. Nothing. I thought the return was going well. They gave me advice on packing it up and a free shipping label. Off it went. But as of right now they are claiming it did not arrive and that I did not use the shipping label. I can say with certainty this machine was picked up and off it went. Now we are down the money spent buying this machine. No broken machine and no replacement either.

Purchased from ULine. The air filter broke and rollers broke within first few weeks of use. We were able to fix the rollers, but count not fix the air filter given it is part of the plastic mold on the body of the machine. The suction is also terrible/very weak. We had better performance with a much cheaper Shark machine than this one. We had much higher expectations given it was recommended for a commercial office environment. There was no warranty or customer server help offered on this unit through ULine so we taped the air filter to the side of the until and just continued to use it until we had it in the budget to purchase another replacement. Very disappointed.
