The harness of this back-pack machine is made of poorly-selected materials. We use the machine once a week and the back-pack harness tore after only about a year of use. Strange that probably the poorest-designed thing on this machine is NOT something listed as a repair part? Now waiting for a call-back from the Service Department which they say will take up to 48 hours??

My wand came apart and broke at the end where the attachments go. The straps are coming apart and will need to be replaced. They are not easy to find. I have only seen one at the price of 77 dollars. The suction is ok but the overall item does no seem as durable. I have already got another wand from an older model I own.

The only good thing about this vacuum is the suction. Someone got that right! As for the design, this needs substantial improvement. The extension cord that comes with it, will not stay plugged into the unit. I have tried numerous ways, and resorted to duct-taping them together!! The attachments are terrible! I honestly don't think they were even designed for this vacuum. There is no way to attach the "round dust attachment" at all. Therefore, using it to clean baseboards, ceilings, corners etc., is out of the question. It just falls off as there's nothing to secure it. So ridiculous. Did anyone even try to use this before marketing? Super disappointed!

We have had this vacuum since 2018. We find the suction not to be adequate for all our surfaces in the gym. But is light weight and easy to use. We have also used this Vacuum 2 to 3 times per week since 2018 but not longer than 45 minuets each time. The backpack or part number 86534 will need to be replaced as it does rip or tear over time. This is a cost of more than $100 each time. Overall we wish it had more suction this is why we give it a 2 star.
